Shipping and Delivery
Fast, reliable shipping of vinyl records and books from our place to yours. Every order ships from our Stansbury shop on the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia. Packed by hand, dispatched quickly, and tracked from door to door.
Same Day Dispatch
We dispatch in-stock orders the same day if placed before 1pm ACST Monday to Friday, in time for the Australia Post Express cutoff. Orders placed on weekends or after 1pm are packed and shipped the next business day.
Shipping Options
Express Shipping — $9.95 Australia-wide via Australia Post Express, with full tracking. Delivery in 1-3 business days to most metro areas.
Free Express Shipping — Orders over $150 Automatically applied at checkout. Sent via Australia Post Express with tracking.
Signature on Delivery
All orders are sent with no signature required, which means Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you would prefer signature on delivery, simply leave a note at checkout and we will arrange it. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please check around your property and with household members first, then email us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Protecting Your Vinyl in Transit
Every record ships in a rigid cardboard mailer. Even so, a minor seam split can occasionally occur in transit when a record shifts inside its sleeve. This is a known quirk of shipping vinyl anywhere in the world; it is cosmetic only and never affects the record or playback. If you would like extra protection, we are happy to open your record and pack the disc outside its sleeve in a protective inner before shipping. Just leave a note at checkout. During extreme summer heat, we also recommend choosing a delivery address where your parcel can be brought inside promptly, as vinyl left in direct sun can warp.
Your Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional postage will apply.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
Pre-orders ship as soon as they are released. If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, they will ship separately as each item becomes available. Each shipment generates its own tracking number, and additional shipping may apply for split shipments.

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery Delays
We work hard to dispatch on time, but during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, public holidays, record store day, major vinyl release days) and weather events, delivery may take longer. We will let you know if there is a holdup with your order.
