Fast, reliable shipping of our vinyl records and books from our place to yours.
We ship every order from our warehouse in South Australia. Packed by hand and dispatched quickly, with tracking included on every parcel. Here's what to expect when you order from us:
Same-Day Dispatch
We dispatch in-stock items the same business day if you order before 1 pm ACST, Mon–Fri. We do this to ensure we make the express post cutoff for that day!
Orders placed after 1 pm (or on weekends) will be packed and shipped the next business day.

Express Shipping – $9.95
- Australia-wide via Australia Post Express
- Delivery in 1–3 business days to most metro areas
- Includes full tracking
Free Express Shipping – Orders $130+
- Automatically applied at checkout
- Sent via Express Post with tracking

We ship from Adelaide — most parcels get a head start if you're in SA or VIC.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
We ship pre-orders as soon as they’re released.
- If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, they’ll ship separately
- Extra shipping charges may apply for split shipments
- Each shipment will generate a separate tracking number
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Packaging
- Rigid vinyl mailers or book-safe cartons
- No plastic wrap or unnecessary fluff
- Everything packed by hand (with love)
Delivery Delays
We work hard to get your order out on time, but during peak periods (Christmas, public holidays, Black Friday, vinyl release days) or weather events, delivery may take longer. We’ll always keep you informed if there’s a holdup.

We currently only ship within Australia.
