This is the 2016 reissue of Cold Chisel's third studio album, East, originally released in 1980. Pressed on 180g black vinyl by Universal. Barcode 0602537904860.

Cold Chisel were Jimmy Barnes, Don Walker, Ian Moss, Phil Small and Steve Prestwich, and East was their third album, recorded at Paradise Studios in Sydney with producer Mark Opitz. It came out in June 1980, reached number two on the Kent Music Report and was the top-selling Australian album of that year. Cheap Wine and Choirgirl were both singles, and Don Walker wrote seven of its twelve songs. It's still the band's highest-certified studio album.
