Surrealistic Pillow is the album that transformed Jefferson Airplane from a promising folk rock group into one of the defining bands of the 1960s counterculture. Originally released in 1967, it blends folk roots with psychedelic edge, driven by strong songwriting, layered harmonies, and a growing sense of musical confidence.
This vinyl edition presents the album as a single LP, featuring era-defining tracks such as “Somebody To Love” and “White Rabbit.” It captures a moment when West Coast rock was expanding its language and reach, with Jefferson Airplane helping shape a sound that would soon travel far beyond San Francisco.
