The title track reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and became one of the most-covered songs in country music history. I Will Always Love You, also on this record, likewise reached number one and was later recorded by Whitney Houston. Both singles appear on the same album, making it one of the most remarkable records in country music.
