Kiss - Unmasked (180g Vinyl)

Kiss's Unmasked is the band's eighth studio album, released in May 1980 on Casablanca Records. In Australia it reached number three on the Kent Music Report chart. Produced by Vini Poncia, the album featured Anton Fig on drums in place of Peter Criss, and moved the band's sound away from hard rock toward pop rock territory.

'Shandi' was the lead single and reached the top ten in Australia. 'Talk to Me' also charted in Australia as a follow-up single. Five singles were drawn from the album in total, more than from any previous Kiss record at the time. The sessions were recorded at The Record Plant in New York City between January and March 1980.

This 2014 reissue is pressed on 180g vinyl by Quality Record Pressings (QRP), newly remastered from ultra-high-definition digital transfers from the original analog tapes. Released on Universal Records.
