Pip Finkemeyer’s One Story traces Dot Van Jensen, former tech CEO-turned-fugitive, as she frames her life from a hidden corner of Indonesia. She narrates how her company’s soaring ambitions crashed into legal, moral and personal collapse, while her co-founders, her son Jon and enigmatic partner Rae, struggle with divergent visions. Through documentary footage, employee transcripts and lived memory, the truth fractures and multiplies.

Tropes: ambition and betrayal, unreliable narrators.
