This is the Island Records vinyl LP pressing of The Killers' debut album, Hot Fuss, originally released in June 2004. Standard black vinyl LP, barcode 602547859303.
Mr. Brightside has been in the UK charts almost continuously since 2004. Hot Fuss is the album around it, and it holds: All These Things That I've Done, Somebody Told Me, Midnight Show, and Jenny Was a Friend of Mine are four more songs that would anchor most debut albums. The Killers' Las Vegas take on post-punk and new wave was unusually defined for a first record. For anyone who's known Mr. Brightside for years and hasn't spent time with the full album, this is where to start.
Hot Fuss has been reissued several times since 2004. This is the Island Records standard single-LP edition. If you're after a coloured or limited pressing, that's a separate product; this is the version in steady circulation.
