The Very Best is the 2011 compilation that took INXS back to number one in Australia and stayed on the ARIA chart for over 500 weeks. Twenty tracks drawn from the band's full catalogue, from the early new wave of Just Keep Walking through to the global pop domination of the Kick era and beyond. It's the album that earned INXS Diamond certification in Australia and was later named Australian Album of the Decade.
Need You Tonight, Never Tear Us Apart, New Sensation, Devil Inside, Suicide Blonde, Original Sin. The songs that defined a decade of Australian radio and put Michael Hutchence on every stage that mattered. If you grew up anywhere near an FM dial in the late 80s or 90s, this is the record you already know by heart. Every hit is here.
This is the 2017 2LP reissue, pressed on 180 gram heavyweight black vinyl and cut at Abbey Road Studios. Housed in a single-pocket sleeve with printed inner sleeves. A download card is included so you can take the album with you on the road.
