You Am I are a rock band from Melbourne, formed in 1989. Hourly Daily was their third album, released in 1996 after a move from the independent rooArt label to a major. It brought them to a wider audience without changing what made them worth paying attention to. 'The Applecart', 'Heavy Heart' and 'Jewels and Bullets' are among the album's standouts.
