You & Me and the Gigantic Knucklehead is the third book in Andy Griffiths' You & Me series, illustrated by Bill Hope. Griffiths, the current Australian Children's Laureate, is the writer behind the Treehouse books, and this series has the same fast, silly, packed-with-pictures energy.

The trick is that YOU are in the story. You and ME accidentally turn gigantic and get banished to the Land of Giants, where it turns out you are actually quite small, especially next to the most gigantic knucklehead of them all. It is loud, daft and made to be read aloud.

Heavily illustrated junior fiction for readers around 6 and up, and a good one for kids who would rather laugh than sit still. The books can be read in any order, so this one works as a first too.
