There’s no signup form. Simply make a purchase online or in-store and your loyalty account is created automatically under your email address.

FAQs

When did the loyalty program start?
Our loyalty and store credit program began on 1 October 2025. Orders placed before this date aren’t eligible for store credit.

When will my store credit appear?
Your credit is added automatically 15 days after your order is fulfilled, just to allow time for any returns or changes.

How do I use my store credit?
It’s linked to your email. Next time you shop, use the same email at checkout and choose Use store credit when prompted.

Can I use my store credit in-store?
YES!  You can now use your store credit both online and in-store. Just make sure you tell us the same email address linked to your account so we can find your balance when you check out at the counter.

Does my store credit expire?
Yes!  It’s valid for 45 days from the date it’s issued. We’ll remind you by email before it expires.

Can I earn credit in-store?
Yes. Just make sure we have your email linked to your in-store purchase so your credit tracks correctly.

Will I still get credit if I use a discount code?
Yes, you’ll still earn credit on the amount you spend after any discount is applied.

Will I earn store credit on shipping?
No. Store credit is only earned on the value of the products in your order, not on shipping costs.
