John Farnham is one of Australia's most beloved singers. Born in England in 1949 and raised in Melbourne, he first found fame as a teenage pop star before reinventing himself with Whispering Jack in 1986. The album produced You're the Voice, which became one of the most recognisable Australian anthems ever recorded and charted across Europe. Whispering Jack was the first Australian album to sell over one million copies domestically — and this limited pressing, cut on premium 180g marbled vinyl, is among the finest ways to hear it.
